Overview: The Service Parts Entry Detail allows you to manage detailed information about service parts used in service entries. This includes details such as item code, quantity, rates, and more.
Fields:

Barcode
- Label: Barcode
- Description: Enter the barcode associated with the service part.

- Description: Select the item code of the service part.
- Example: "SP001", "SP002"

- Description: Enter the quantity of the service part used.

Basic Rate (as per Stock UOM)

- Description: Enter the basic rate of the service part based on the stock unit of measure.

- Description: Displays the total amount for the service part based on quantity and rate.

- Description: Displays the actual quantity of the service part at the source or target location.

- Description: Displays the main service parts entry associated with the detail.

Usage: Follow these steps to effectively use the Service Parts Entry Detail:
- Navigate to the Service Management module.
- Select "Service Parts Entry Detail" from the list of available doctypes.
- Click on "New" to create a new entry for a service part.
- Enter the barcode, select the item code, and specify the quantity.
- Enter the basic rate as per the stock unit of measure.
- The amount will be automatically calculated based on the quantity and rate.
- Add any additional information such as actual quantity, transferred quantity, and main service parts entry.
- Save the record.
Notes:
- Use the "Barcode" field to enter the barcode associated with the service part, if applicable.
- Select the appropriate "Item Code" from the options available.
- Enter the quantity of the service part used in the "Qty" field.
- The "Amount" field displays the total amount based on the quantity and rate.
- Additional details such as actual quantity and transferred quantity provide more insight into the service part usage.
